To empower the women of the Bodo tribe, Aagor by ANTS Craft an NGO provided all of them the artistic support they required at Lakme Fashion Week Winter/Festive 2016. Weaving amazing textiles, the yards of fabrics which were converted into outfits were spectacular on the ramp. The easy, comfortable shirt outfit was worn with a long sleeved shrug while a candy striped skirt and blouse were definitely awesome additions. Fringed boxy cover over maxi, striped tie-up tunic, peach tasselled maxi along with the jumpsuit with flaps were cool and trendy additions to the collection.
Showstopper for the Fashion event was Bollywood actress Sara Jane Dias in a sliced multicoloured skirt along with a black blouse which brought the show the required sparkle
In silhouettes that were perfect for the current jet-setting woman, designer Aditi Holani Chandak Aagor for ANTS Craft introduced a series which will quickly attract dressers that long for lasting fashion of a very high creative standard.
Taking ethnic as well as Indo-western fusion wear a level higher was Aagor by Ants Crafts, yet again in flowing silhouettes, fringe outlining and winter-appropriate fashion. Antar Agni, true to thier name, turned up the heat but with the menswear. The collection exhibited was mainly in black and navy, with bearded models wearing lengthy jackets, trimmed trousers and customized pieces. The women were seen in extremely wearable yet edgy creations that we are completely considering for the oncoming winter season.
